Got a damaged or defective item? You’ve got 30 days to let us know.

• Missing package? Get in touch within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
• Something wrong with your order? Send us a pic and a quick note to support@10mud.com. We’ll sort it out!

We can’t offer refunds for:

• Wrong address
• Changed your mind? Contact us first. We can't refund orders just because you've had a change of heart.
• Orders already in production. Once we start making your order, we can’t cancel it.
